All studio time is charged at a minimum of 15-minute increments. Sessions running over scheduled time are subject to availability and overtime rates.

What You Should Know
Payment Terms
- ●Deposit Required: 50% of estimated total cost due before session begins
- ●Final Payment: due immediately upon completion of services
- ●Hourly Sessions: payment due at end of each session
- ●Accepted Payment: Cash, PayPal, Cash App
Scheduling
- ●Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance
- ●Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice charged 50% of estimated session fee
- ●No-shows charged the full estimated session fee
- ●Studio time begins at scheduled start time regardless of client arrival
Recording Ownership
- ●Client owns all master recordings upon full payment
- ●Studio retains the right to use recordings for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified
- ●Studio keeps backup copies for 90 days after final payment
